Meet the Team: Adelheid Baird

With 14 years in the field, she began her career as a receptionist at Technocean before pursuing further studies. She then spent 12.5 years at BSA Offshore, working for 8.5 years as a Personnel Coordinator and four years as an Administration Manager.

Already familiar with several colleagues at ANZ Subsea Survey Operations, Adelheid was confident it would be a good place to work. She describes the company’s inclusive environment and close collaboration across offices and vessels as key reasons for her decision. She also appreciates the opportunity to be involved in Omega’s own projects, which she finds particularly interesting.

As a Project Coordinator, Adelheid manages monthly personnel reporting for various projects and supports administrative tasks, including invoice preparation and payroll. Each day brings new learning opportunities, and she looks forward to expanding her expertise as new projects arise.

Outside of work, Adelheid enjoys hiking, attending quizzes and concerts, and spending time with family.
